Manaslu Trekking Package


The trekking in Manaslu region was officially opened in 1991. Manaslu Trekking package is the best trekking destination in Nepal.  Since it is beautiful, the routes will offer us a beautiful view of Manasalu along with some other glittering ranges of mountains. Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu
After landing the flight at TIA, a representative of Everest Trekking Routes will warmly receive you and will move towards the hotel arranged by the agency. We will enjoy delicious dinner at night with a brief description of the upcoming trekking program to Manasalu trekking region.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Aarughat to Sotikhola
Early in the morning, we will start our trekking. We will catch the local bus to Arughat and drive to Sotikhola. It will take about 8 to 9 hours of an exciting journey. The trail goes through the Prithivi highway, which will serve us beautiful sceneries all around us. We will have our lunch on the way. We will follow the way towards Dhading Besi, Arughat to Sotikhola.

Day 03: Soti Khola to Machha Khola
After having breakfast at Soti Khola, we will trek towards the Machha Khola. The way will be about 6 hours. We should follow the trial of forest and the settlements of Liding and Lapubesi. We will continue following the snow melted glaciers and other rocky mountains. We will spend the night at Machha Khola.

Day 04: Machha Khola to Dovan
From Machha Khola, we will walk rolling trail to cross several streams of the way. We will reach at Khola Besi after a walk for several hours. We will have our lunch over there and walk towards the suspension bridge to clear the night at Dovan at 1070m.

Day 05: Dovan to Philim
From Dovan, we will pass the steeply rocky trail. It will continue towards the Yara Khola. After crossing the long suspension bridges, we will reach Jagat.  From Jagat, we will enter at Manaslu conservation area. Along the way, we will see the memorable view of Shringi Himal to our top. We will spend the night at Philim.

Day 06: Philim to Deng
From Philim, we will walk towards the Deng. We can get the mesmerizing view of mountains very close to our eyes throughout the way. We need to cross the suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River. After crossing we will catch the forest to Deng at 1860m. 

Day 07: Deng to Namrung
After crossing the Budhi Gandaki River, our trekking for the day starts. We will walk climbing towards the trail from Bhi and move west of Budhi Gandaki. The journey passes through the forests and Mani walls. We will take the route that goes through the Prok village. We will view the beautiful scene of Shringi Himal from the viewpoint. We need to cross Budhi Gandaki River several times today. We should walk until we reach to Namrung from Deng after a trekking of about 6 to 7 hours. We will stay the night at Namrung.

Day 08: Namrung to Samagaon
Early morning at Namrung, we will be busy to watch the view of Siring and Ganesh Himal. We will walk through the pass to reach to Lihi. We will cross some beautiful forest and villages covered with the chortens and barley fields. We will enjoy the view of Manaslu Himal from Lho village. After continuing along the walk for about 8 to 9 hours, we will be at Samagaon for the night.

Day 09: Samagaon to Pungyen Gompa and back to Samagaon
We will get the close-up view of Sherpa people living here. We will surely enjoy the presence of thousands of chores hanging over the way and beautifully painted walls. We can hike towards the Pungyen Gompa. Pungyen actually means bracelet, a good description of two peaks. The night will be back to Samagaon after the full-day exploration.

Day 10: Samagaon to Samdo:
From Samagaon, we will walk downward Budi Gandaki River.  The walk to the north leads us to Manasalu base camp. The way moves towards the forest of juniper and birch. We will make our way downs viewing some dazzling view around us. We will continue to trail to Samdo at 3860m.

Day 11: Samdo to Dharmasala
From Samdo, we will walk down the edge to cross the Budi Gandaki River in the wooden bridge. We will see the beautiful Larkya glacier and after that, we need to climb towards the stone guest house which is also called Dharmasala. The walk of today is comparatively short from Samdo to Dharmasala at 4460m. We should walk for about 4 to 5 hours.

Day 12: Dharmasala to Larkya la to Bimtang
After a short climb up from the Dharmasala, we will reach the north side of the Larkya glaciers. We can view the great view of Cho Danda and Larkya Peak. From the pass, we can see a beautiful view of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kangguru Himal, and the Annapurna II. The trekking is longer. It goes towards the Bimtang walking for about 8 to 9 hours. The night will be at Bimtang.

Day 13: Bimtang to Tilije
After enjoying the cool view of Mt. Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, Himlung Himal, and Cheo Himal, we descend further towards the Sangre Kharka followed by the bridge of Dudh Khola. We walk through the forest of rhododendron and will reach to the cultivated area at Karcher. We will reach Gho village. We will continue our walk until we reach  Tilije to rest at one of the lodges.

Day 14: Tilije to Dharapani
From Tilije, we will climb upward the small ridge enjoying the stone-paved ways. We will to cross Dudh Khola from the bridge and climb over the Thonje village. There is a police checkpoint at the village. We will walk towards the Dharapani to come across the village of Karte. We will walk about 5 to 6 hours to reach to Tal at 1700m.

Day 15: Dharapani to Kathmandu
From Dharapani, we can catch the drive to Kathmandu through the Besisahar. It will offer us the opportunity to watch and enjoy some scenic beauty all over the way. We will be at Kathmandu within a drive of 8 to 9 hours. The night will be at one of the best hotel arranged by our organization. If we got some time, we will enjoy the celebration party of Manaslu circuit trek.

Day 16: Farewell
After having a night rest at Kathmandu, we will pack our luggage to march ourselves towards the international airport of Nepal. We have to reach at airport 3 hours before the flight. We will attend a small farewell program organized by Everest Trekking Routes After then we will catch the flight to return back to the home country. Manaslu Round Larke La Pass Trekking


Now there are many trekking routes designed in a wilderness area. Manaslu circuit trek route is latest designed wilderness route. It was known to very few trekkers. Its popularity is increasing day by day. It is well known to most of the trekkers. From 1991 AD this trekking route was made official. Mt. Manaslu 8th highest mountain of the world is the main attraction of Trekking in Nepal. Passing from the remote area we complete our whole destination. Till now fewer trekkers have reached this destination. Most of them said that this route is fine for a trek in the land of Himalayas.

Aarughat is the starting point of Manasalu Circuit Trek. Starting from the beautiful dense forest of oak, & Rhododendron (national flower) and we end up in the same place. We will be offered with many kinds of vegetation, Flora & fauna playing on nature. In these destinations, we can have only limited lodges. If it is a pack we will spend our nights in a tented camp. Day To Day Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and shift-in to Hotel

On landing your flight on TIA Nepal, there will be a warm welcome for you. Our representative of Everest Trekking Routes will be waiting for your arrival. You will be shifted to a place of accommodation. With a rest of some time, a brief description of the upcoming program is done with your guide.

Day 02: Sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley

The first day of Nepal tour starts with sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Having our breakfast we move to Pashupatinath. It is the most known holiest temple of Lord Shiva. Spending a little time we move to Bauddhanath (Little Tibet). Our next destination is Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple). Visiting all this we will move to Kathmandu (Basantpur) Durbar Square, the final destination. Lastly, we will be back to our hotel and make preparation for the next program.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Aarughat

Arughat is our first destination. We will be pleased with the houses and greenery of the highway. Our all management of the lunch program is done on the highway. Driving through Highway of Dhading best for about 7 hours we will be in Arughat. In Arughat, we can rest for a few times and explore the beautiful valley.

Day 04: Aarughat to Soti Khola

Our trek leads us to Soti Khola. Track of Budhi Gandaki River is our main walking path. Continuing river band we will be in Morder and Simone village. Taking rest for some time we again reach Arkhat River. Walking around 6 hours we will reach at Soti Khola to spend our night.

Day 05: Soti Khola to Machha Khola

Sleeping a cool night, our today’s journey leads us to Machha Khola. Resuming our track, we will climb to mountain ridge of Almara. Riden Gaon is our rest point. Here we can spend ours sometimes by exploring. Like this, we will be at Lambeshi. Following down to sandy river bed of Budhi Gandaki we will be at Machha Khola.

Day 06: Machha Khola to Jagat (1340m) – 6 Hours

From Machha Khola, we continue our walk to Khola Besi. Moving our self on Tatopani, we can enjoy natural hot spring water. We will be fresh after having a bath. Again we will continue our track of forest and we reach Dovan. Continuing our walk we will be at Jagat to spend our night in tented camp in a fresh natural environment.

Day 07: Jagat to Ngyak (2310m) – 6 Hours

In the rocky trail, we continue our walk to Ngyak. Crossing long suspension bridge we start our trek. It is an entrance to the Manaslu conservation area. It will be so much interesting to walk on Humpty Dumpty trial of the forest. Dramatic view of Shringi Himal is gifted. Crossing Sirish Gaon we finally reach Ngyak.

Day 08: Ngyak to Ghap (2100m) – 6 Hours

Early morning we make preparation to walk Gap. Finishing our breakfast we start our walk. Walking in the forest, a newly built rock tunnel & upstream of Deng River we reach our destination. At Gap, we can explore Mani stones & chortens. It is of Tibetan culture. It will be very much interesting in learning.

Day 09: Ghap to Lho (3200m) – 6 Hours

Our today’s destination is Loh. At first, we need to cross the wooden bridge of the Budi Gandaki River. We will walk on track of houses. They are all interspersed with cultivated fields. With a glorious Himalayan ranges view, we finally reach Lho. Here we will spend a memorable night at tented camp.

Day 10: Lho to Samagompa (3500m) – 6 Hours

From Lho, our next destination is Samagompa. We will be offered with a beautiful view of peak 29 walking on Humpty Dumpty trial. We pass through the stone gate & long Mani stone wall. In this way, we will able to reach Samagompa. Taking rest for some time we again go around the village. We will spend the whole exploring the village.

Day 11: Samagompa to Stone Hut (4500m) – 5 Hours

Early morning, we hike to the terraced hill at Stone hut. Its location is on the opposite bank of Budhi Gandaki River. It is very beautiful for viewing. Our rest point will be Samdo Village. This village is the most remote village of Manaslu Circuit. Like this, we will finally reach Stone Hut to spend our night.

Day 12: Exploration day at Stone Hut

Today is rest taking day. We will spend our whole day visiting on Stone Hut. Exploring all about village we will return back for our lunch. The main proposal of rest is to accumulate our self in thin air to be fit and fine. Taking rest for some time we again go around the village. We will spend the whole exploring the village.

Day 13: Cross Larkya La pass (5215m) and trek to Bhimphedi (3590m) – 8 Hours 

Exploring our self at Stone Hut, we further continue our trek to Bhim Phedi. We will start our trek climbing Cho Chanda. Here we will have a rest for some time. Then we go slowly ahead steeply uphill to Larkya La Pass. From the top of the pass, we will be gifted with a panoramic view of snowcapped mountains. Viewing this we can easily reach Bhimphedi.

Day 14: Bhimphedi to Tilje (3900m) – 5 Hours

Continuing our Manasalu Circuit trekking, we march to our next destination Tilije. Our walk will be on the greenery of nature. Having impressed surrounding environment, we descend down paddy fields to Karcha La pass. We don’t need to walk a stepper. We finally reach Tilje. Here we set our camp for the night with the group.

Day 15: Tilje to Tal (1725m) – 5 Hours

From Tilije, our next destination is Tal. Walking through the downstream track of Marshyangdi River we walk on a flat trail. Passing through scattered villages we can explore them. We will finally be at Tal after walking for about 5 to 6 hours. We will have a short hike on Tal & we return back to our place for the night.

Day 16: Tal to Jagat (1300m) – 5 Hours

We have finished up rounding Manaslu Circuit Trek. It is our time to return back. We return back through the different track. Walking on the steep way on the rocky trail, we will be fully relaxed as it is very easy. In very easy walk we will be impressed with the natural beauty offered to us. We will have full rest.

Day 17: Jagat to Bahundanda (1275m) – 5 Hours

Our returning journey leads us to Bahundanda. We just need to trek downward. We will follow the main trail to reach Bahundanda. Natural beauty is all around surrounding. Continuing in downhill track we reach Bahundanda to spend our night. Over here we can spend ours sometimes by exploring.

Day 18: Bahundanda to Besishahar – 5 Hours

Today is the last walk of our trek. Our destination is Besishahar. We will walk through the main track of Marshyangdi River. We will be at the Annapurna conservation area. Like this, we will be on Besishahar. In our leisure time, we visit around the valley and make confirmation of tomorrow’s vehicle to Kathmandu.

Day 19: Besishahar to Kathmandu – 7 Hours

Now we will return back to Kathmandu. Our returning track goes through Prithvi highway. We will be pleased with the houses and greenery of the highway. In around seven hours we will be in Kathmandu. We will be shifted to our hotel which will end our trek. We can spend our leisure time visiting the rest of Kathmandu valley.

Day 20: Farewell

Spending the last night at Kathmandu, we will be ready to return back to the homeland. The small farewell program is organized for your team. Management of returning back and departure is made by our team. Hope you will be back to Nepal to visit the remaining side of beautiful Nepal.
